well here i go an attempt to keep track of my running...
11/26- 25 min run, felt good, lungs a little tight it was a pretty cold day, and first day back 11/27- 30 min run, cold day felt good to be back running again, did some abs too. 11/28-off 11/29- 35 min run, felt tired, i didn't eat very well today 11/30- 30 min run 12/1- 20 min run, cold day, felt o.k. ran with the recruit so we talked the whole time and it was my birthday! 12/2- off 12/3- 35 min run, super windy but felt fine, did some abs too 12/4- 25 min run, weights, abs... felt real good on run 12/5- off, felt a little sore from weightlifting, haven't done it for a while 12/6- off, worked 9 hrs 12/7- ran for 30 min, felt o.k. hammy hurts a little. Weight lifted and ice bathed 12/8- ran for only 20 min, hammy still hurts 12/9- off 12/10- ran for 30 min, eliptical 15, swam 30 min, abs, worked 12/11- biked 20 min , worked all day 12/12-swam 40 min, worked 12hrs 12/13-swam 30 min, biked 20 min, abs, worked 12hrs again, feeling pretty tired, but hammy is good, legs a little sore but good. 12/14- off worked 12/15- had a massage, ran 20 min easy to shake out 12/16- ran 25, sore from massage 12/17- off, worked 12/18-off, worked 12/19- swam for 35 min, abs, worked 12/20-light weights, abs, worked 12/21- biked 20 min, ran 25 min, swam 20 min, abs, worked 12/22- ran 25 min, worked 12/23-off, worked 12/24- ran 35 min, abs... felt good breathing was great, but legs super tired from working so much 12/25- off 12/26- 20 min, worked 12/27-30 min worked 12/28-swim 25 min, worked 12/29-20 min, worked 12/30- off 12/31-20 min 1/1-off 1/2- off 1/2-1/11- had practice 1/12-flew to florida 1/13- swam 30 min 1/14-ran 30, swam 30 1/15-went to amusment park so i walked all day, swam 30 min 1/16- swam 30 min 1/17-went to another amusment park...swam 20 min 1/18- off, flew home 1/19- ran 35 min, abs 1/20-ran 35 min 1/21- practice ran for 30 min, strides 1/22-practice ran minutes weightlifted, felt really good 1/23- practice ran for 30 on own 1/24-ran 35 at practice, feeling sick... not a good run 1/25- sick, ran 15 min warm up, 10 @ threshold pace, cool down for 42 min total...felt fine while i was running, just a little tired but afterwards hurt pretty badly, weightlifted, abs 1/26- ran for 30 min still feeling really sick 1/27- took the day off, rested all day 1/28- don't remember what we did 1/29- off... didn't go to practice or work, still sick 1/30-ran 20 min, feeling better 1/31- ran 40 @ ridgeline, felt pretty good considering the weather 2/1- ran 30 min easy, starting a new workout plan to build foundation 2/2- completely off, worked 2/3- ran 40 min, felt good, abs... worked 2/4- ran 35 min, abs 2/5- ran 35 min, abs, lifted 2/6- swam 30 min 2/7- ran 35 min easy, felt good... 2/8- ran 35 min @ Hendricks 2/9- off 2/10- 40 min easy, felt good 2/11- 35 min, abs, iced 2/12- 38 min, felt pretty tired, abs and weightlifted 2/13- rode the bike for 35 min 2/14-ran 35 min @ Hendricks 2/15- off 2/16- ran 40 min, worked too, feeling pretty tired but ok 2/17- ran 35 min 2/18- ran 35 min, abs, got a massage 2/19- sore from massage, ran 30 min, lifted and abs 2/20- rode the bike for 35 min 2/21- 35 min run, lifted, abs 2/22- 35 min run, abs 2/23-off, worked 2/24- 40min, worked, feeling tired 2/25- Did first work out, YAY! Whistle drill, body felt good but tired, lifted, abs, ice bathed 2/26-ran 30 min easy, strides 2/27- swam 35 min 2/28- ran 35 min, abs, ice 2/29- Did minutes for second work out, felt pretty good. Weightlifted, abs, ice 3/1- ran easy easy 20 min, did some hurdles 3/2- ran 25 min, then rode bikes for 1hr 30 min 3/3- 35 min run 3/4- Auburn hills at Hendricks, iced, lifted, felt good 3/5- swam 30 min 3/6- 3/7- ran for 35 min 3/8- went for the longest bike ride ever! 3/9- easy, easy 30 min run 3/10- 800's on the bark @ lane with 200's after each one, felt pretty good. Weights, abs 3/11- 30 min, not feeling the best 3/12- took off, was sick 3/13- ran 35 min, got a massage 3/14- did five 40 cut downs, weights and abs, ice bath 3/15-off, feeling really tired 3/16- ran 35 easy
